eLearning platform Web Development for Patient Focused

We have been working with Patient Focused developing a new eLearning platform for the medical photography training company's website.

Based in Hampshire and run by Dr Will Anderson LLM, DFMS, FRCS, FFFLM; Lead Forensic Medical Examiner (Hampshire) and Fellow of the British Institute of Professional Photography (FBIPP); Patient Focused offers training courses focused on teaching clinicians how to photograph patients professionally, ethically and legally. The 4-day courses offered by Patient Focused are conducted by experienced BIPP-qualified photographers and doctors and accredited by the British Institute of Professional Photography. Students who complete the course and pass the assessment on day 4 are eligible to apply for licentiate membership of BIPP which awards the LBIPP post-nominal.

We have worked with Patient Focused to implement a new LMS eLearning platform on the Patient Focused website. The new LMS eLearning platform allows students to:

• Register for courses online
• Pay for courses
• Complete lessons
• View course outlines and materials
• Take exams answering questions in multiple formats*
• Exams undertaken can be both automatically and manually graded
• Lecturer and student email notifications
• Monitor course progression

*exam questions can be answered in multiple choice, short or long format text.
