Web App Development for The Big Church Festival PAAM App

We have been working with The Big Church Festival developing new features for their event volunteer recruitment and management PAAM App!

The Big Church Festival is a Christian non-profit music festival that takes place in Wiston, West Sussex, representing a wide variety of musical styles including contemporary Christian music, to Christian rock, contemporary worship music, gospel and Christian rap. Growing from a single day festival in 2009 The Big Church Festival now welcomes 40,000 attendances every summer.

The Big Church Festival wouldn’t be possible without the hundreds of volunteers they recruit each year to help run the event. The Big Church Festival volunteers help across the event including as part of the access team, bar staff, BSL team, accreditation, campsite and caravan hosts, cashers, communications control, info points, retail and artist merchandise, build and break, stewarding, attractions, ticketing, welfare, trades and labourers.

The Big Church Festival came to us in need of a web application to help them recruit and manage their volunteers. We worked with The Big Church Festival to implement our PAAM web app, developed to slot in seamlessly to an event’s volunteer recruitment and management workflow.

We’ve worked with The Big Church Festival tweaking their volunteer application, and to incorporate new addons including automated reference requests and pre-event shift allocation and scheduling.

The Big Church Festival’s PAAM Web App includes a wealth of functionality by design, and as a responsive mobile friendly cloud-based system is accessible from anywhere in the world on any device. Being a custom designed web app, as The Big Church Festival's requirements change, their PAAM App can evolve with them, new custom features developed and added on-demand to fit the developing needs of the staff and volunteers using The Big Church Festival PAAM App.
