Web App Development for the We are Futures Royal Bank of Scotland Employee Volunteering Hub

We have been working with We are Futures developing new features for the Royal Bank of Scotland Employee Volunteering Hub.

We are Futures is a youth engagement agency with expertise in delivering Education, Brand, Talent and Social impacts, helping it clients to achieve measurable commercial and social results by connecting them with the dynamic world of under-25s.

Working with Royal Bank of Scotland, the We are Futures employee volunteer programme is designed to bring young people and business representatives together for mutual learning benefit. Through designing and facilitating engaging volunteer training We are Futures ensures development of the confidence and skills required. The overall employee engagement approach of We are Futures grows employees' motivation, skills and confidence and builds their relationship with their employers.

The Employee Volunteering Hub we designed and developed with We are Futures for Royal Bank of Scotland is a highly customised version of our PAAM web app, the application supports the employee volunteer programme by providing the tools and systems required to organise, manage, and match schools and teachers to Royal Bank of Scotland employees.

We've worked with We are Futures to update their web app including:

• A new customised automated workshop booking feature.
• Limitations to the quantity of multiple bookings that can be made by a single teacher.
• Automated booking and cancellation messaging expanded to offer additional customisation by admins and data for users.
• Workshop availability for teachers made relative to the type of workshop.
• Workshop timings made more granular.
• New types of workshops added including Crowdfunded, Pre-recorded, and Online.

The We are Futures RBS PAAM Web App includes a wealth of functionality by design, and as a responsive mobile friendly cloud-based system is accessible from anywhere in the world on any device. Being a custom designed web app, as We are Futures' requirements change, their PAAM App can evolve with them, new custom features developed and added on-demand to fit the developing needs of the volunteers using the We are Futures' PAAM App.
