Web Design for Flints Auctions Scientific Instruments, Photographica and Early Technology Auctioneers

We've been working closely with the team at Flints Auctions designing a new website for the specialist auctioneers.

Based in London, Flints Auctions offers two fine sales and three general sales each year of scientific instruments, photographica, and early technology.

The website we've designed for Flints Auctions is based on the WordPress Content Management System (CMS), includes a custom designed theme, MetaSlider integration for the homepage carousel, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to allow for the creation of additional content fields on top of the Wordpress CMS. The WordPress CMS allows Flints Auctions to quickly and easily login to the Flints Auctions website to add new items for sale, update images, copy, and add new pages to the website.

We've developed a custom WooCommerce system to power the Flints Auctions' auction catalogue. The custom WooCommerce powered catalogue allows for potential buyers to browse the entire Flints Auctions catalogue, and for Flints Auctions to quickly and easy add and update items for sale within the catalogue. WooCommerce powers over 28% of all online stores, so Flints Auctions is in great company!

The Flints Auctions website offers visitors a Responsive Web Design (RWD) which allows for the website's content to be predictably delivered irrespective of device e.g. desktop browser, notebook, tablet or smartphone.
