Our email servers are hosted independently of our web servers to provide maximum security and reliability.

IMAP email allows for folders and emails to be stored on the server and synchronised across devices.

You can login however is most convenient e.g. via a web browser, a smartphone, a tablet or via local email software such as Outlook or Mac Mail on your notebook or workstation. No matter how you login, your folders and emails sent, received, filled and deleted will be the same on each device.

Hotbox Studios IMAP email accounts are charged at £3.00 (ex VAT) per account per month which we believe is fantastic value for money - we've not found the same capacity or service for less!

Microsoft Exchange Email

If you're looking for more from an email account we also offer Microsoft Exchange email accounts.

Our Microsoft Exchange email servers are hosted independently of our web servers to provide maximum security and reliability.

All Microsoft Exchange email accounts include:

• Contacts and calendar synchronisation across devices
• Calendar sharing

Microsoft Exchange email allows for folders and emails to be stored on the server and synchronised across devices.

An additional benefit of Microsoft Exchange email is the ability to synchronise contacts and calendars across devices, share your calendar with others and Active Directory sync.

You can login however is most convenient e.g. via a web browser, a smartphone, a tablet or via local email software such as Outlook or Mac Mail on your notebook or workstation. No matter how you login, your folders, emails, contacts and calendar will be the same on each device.

Setting up your email account

Most people prefer to setup email in their own application e.g. Microsoft Outlook on a laptop, workstation, or mobile device. For help doing so please login to Support Center to access your personalised configuration information and troubleshooting articles. Your Support Center login credentials are the same as your email account credentials.

If you use IMAP email you can access your account settings including password, spam, and email filtering, by logging into your email account using a web browser.

If so desired rather than (or in addition to) setting up your email account in a separate application you can read, respond, and manage your emails using the web logins above.
