Eight Ray Web Application Development

Eight Ray Music came to us in need of a web application to help their team book and manage their musicians, bands, and events.

We worked closely with Eight Ray Music to develop a web application tailored to Eight Ray's business model, allowing the team at Eight Ray Music to work the way they like to with their clients and artists, rather than being restricted by the features and functionality of an off-the-shelf software package.

Eight Ray's web application allows for the booking of multiple artists at one or more events, with reporting and monitoring of artist, event, and client history.

To assist with administration Eight Ray's web application can generate and log the progress of artist and client contracts.

Accounting is streamlined with client invoice generation and tracking, plus financial breakdowns and reporting.

Eight Ray's Web Application also has marketing integrations with new online contacts being automatically imported from Eight Ray's website into their web application, allowing for new enquiries to be processed as leads and progress tracked. Direct and targeted email marketing can also be created and sent from Eight Ray's web application.

Eight Ray's Web Application includes a wealth of functionality by design, and as a cloud-based system is also further customisable moving forward. As Eight Ray Music's business grows and requirements change, their Web Application can evolve, with new custom features being developed and added on-demand to fit the developing needs of Eight Ray, their artists, and clients.
